Dressy Casual
There will be apps, dinner, dessert, drinks and lots of love! For those in the wedding party, please arrive at 4 for the rehearsal (the rehearsal and dinner are both at the location listed). Drinks and apps will begin at 5, to be followed by a seated dinner (more drinks, duh!). Significant others welcome to come at 4-4:15 as well, otherwise should arrive by 5. The hotels are a 5-10 minute drive, the Air B&B is 20 minutes.

Ceremony

Dressy and formalwear welcome
Ceremony will take place on the 2nd floor which is the floor you will enter the building on. The shuttle will begin at 3pm making several rounds from the Hilton and Fairfield Inn and Suites to the St. Vrain. The St. Vrain is 1 block off of Main street, take the 3pm shuttle for a little time to walk around or grab a quick drink at one of many near by establishments. There is limited parking at the venue however street parking is free near by in the evening and there are 2 lots in walking distance (see FAQ page for more parking info)
cocktail hour

There will be some light bites in addition to refreshments and cocktails (Vegan and GF options will be available) it will be an open bar, please DO NOT bring any outside alcohol, the liquor laws are very strict in Colorado and we will be heavily fined if any outside alcohol is on premises.

Buffet dinner serving upscale BBQ, vegetarian, vegan and GF options will be available for the sides. Please select Jackfruit if you need a vegan/veggie main course option.

We will walk over to Jeffe's directly from the reception (2 minute walk)
Light bites and snacks will be provided with love by the bride and groom. Drinks will be added to a single tab- kindly settle your portion with the bride and groom. All are welcome to attend, the shuttle will make one last pick up between 10:30-10:45pm to go back to the hotels. Ubers/lyft are available in Longmont for those who choose to stay longer.
