Beware of altitude
We want everybody to have a fantastic weekend celebrating with us. Please remember that Aspen, Colorado is about 8000 ft above sea level! Some of our guests may feel some affects of altitude sickness. Please remember to stay hydrated during your stay. When it comes to celebrating, please also remember that alcoholic beverages may feel a bit stronger at altitude. It’s a marathon, not a sprint y’all. Pace yourselves and please drink responsibly at altitude as you celebrate with us all weekend!

Transportation within Aspen
Aspen Meadows Shuttle Information: Aspen Meadows offers complimentary airport and downtown shuttle access for guests. Airport shuttle runs from 5:45 AM - 10:15 PM Downtown shuttle runs from 7 AM - 10:30 PM Airport Arrivals: The hotel kindly requests that you e-mail them your flight information ahead of your arrival so they can track you. Please forward your flight numbers to frontoffice-dl@aspenmeadows.com. Should you need to update them by phone while traveling, the number is 970-544-7805. Airport Departures: The airport shuttle leaves from the front lobby of the resort on every 15 and 45 mins of the hour. Please plan accordingly. Downtown: The downtown shuttle leaves from the front lobby of the resort at the top and 30 mins of every hour. When you need pickup, please call 970-544-7805. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a shuttle from downtown Aspen to the wedding, please plan travel accordingly for the wedding ceremony and reception. If staying off-site, please arrange a taxi service or use our pre-paid Uber vouchers to order a ride to/from the venue. Ubers might be limited so give yourself at least 45 minutes. The Aspen Airport has limited flights each day, make sure to get your flights ahead of time to ensure they don't sell out!
Flight
Denver International Airport
Denver International Airport is a great option to fly into Colorado. Spend a night in Denver before renting a car and taking the scenic drive to Aspen. Keep in mind that it is Leaf Peeping Season so plan for additional travel time to get into the mountains!
