Can I bring my kids?
Answer
No. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! They are more than welcome to come for the weekend just not for wedding day. If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have a block at Aspen Meadows Resort. Please visit https://book.passkey.com/e/50765313 to reserve your room. These rooms are reserved for you to book by August 22, 2024 and pay for. But there are a handful of other hotels/ Air BNBs in the area for you to choose from.

What should I wear?
Answer
Black tie preferred. Ladies - we would love to see you in floor-length gowns! Our ceremony will be outside so stilettos may not be the best. Gents - Tuxedos and suits are all acceptable!

What is the elevation in Aspen?

Aspen is located at 7,908 feet above sea level. Make sure to hydrate as much as possible to alleviate altitude sickness.

How can I get around?

If staying off-site, please arrange a taxi service or use our pre-paid Uber vouchers to order a ride to/from the venue. Ubers might be limited so give yourself at least 45 minutes. Don’t be late or you’ll miss the good part! Is it ok to park at Aspen Meadows?

Yes! If you need to drive to the event, there is an on-site parking garage at Aspen Meadows resort and they allow overnight parking if needed (free of charge for wedding guests).
