FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alexis Rosario and Jonathan Madera
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire.

Question

What if I RSVP Late? Can I still attend?

Answer

Due to venue and catering limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests who RSVP by the deadline. If we receive your RSVP after that date, we may not be able to include you—thank you so much for understanding!

Question

RSVP Etiquette

Answer

Kindly respond only if you plan to attend. Should circumstances change after your response, we respectfully request that you inform us as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but due to space limitations, we’re inviting only children who are part of the wedding party.

Question

What’s the weather like?

Answer

Mid-October in the Lehigh Valley is typically beautiful, with crisp, fall weather. Daytime temperatures usually range from 60°F to 70°F (15°C to 21°C), while evenings can be cooler, dipping to 40°F to 50°F (4°C to 10°C). This is the perfect time to enjoy the vibrant fall foliage, though we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening.

Question

Where’s the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and guests will be shuttled up to the altar. In the event of rain or inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors, so you’ll be comfortable no matter what the forecast brings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening.

Question

What can we expect at the reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour featuring drinks, appetizers, and a few unique activities — you’ll even have the chance to feed the goats and ride the zipline before dinner! A full dinner and open bar will follow. We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing drinks onto the dance floor to help keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.
