From the moment we met, it was love at first sight — though I might have been a little shy about it! I’ll never forget how Jonathan would walk into a room and, in my nervous excitement, I’d find myself running to hide. But deep down, I knew something special was blossoming. As time passed, that initial shy spark turned into something far more profound. Nursing school was one of the toughest times in my life, but Jonathan was my unwavering rock. Whether it was staying up late with me while I studied or writing papers, he was always by my side. And he made sure I was never hungry — an essential part of any late-night study session! His support made me feel safe, protected, and like I could take on the world. We’ve built so many wonderful memories together. Whether it’s our late-night Wawa runs (always a must) or spending quality time with our friends and family, I’ve never felt more at home than I do when I’m with him. One of my favorite traditions is our Christmas pajamas — we’ve made it a point every year to wear matching outfits (yes, we’re that couple!), and Valentine’s Day is always a special time to make homemade pizza and set up a painting night with our girls. Looking ahead, I am filled with excitement about what the future holds. I can’t wait to continue growing with Jonathan. The adventure is just beginning, and I’m so lucky to have him by my side as we navigate life, hand in hand.

Jon has always known how to keep me on my toes, but this was next level! It all started with a day in Seaside Heights, where he invited all of our closest friends, family, and siblings for a casual day at the beach. We spent the day soaking in the sun, eating way too much boardwalk food, and just enjoying each other’s company. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary... or so I thought! As night fell, Jon gathered everyone into the living room of our cozy AirBNB, and that’s when I knew something was up. The moment “Back at One” by Brian McKnight started playing, I felt a mix of excitement and curiosity — and yes, everyone’s phones were out, so I knew something was coming! Jon got down on one knee, and in front of all the people we love, he asked me to be his wife. The moment he popped the question, I couldn’t help but be overwhelmed with emotions. Tears filled my eyes, and before I knew it, I was saying "Yes!" with all the people I adore cheering us on. It was perfect, filled with love, laughter, and so much joy. I’m beyond thrilled to spend the rest of my life with my best friend.
