There was never a doubt that Aaron's big-sister would hold the title of "Best Woman" the day he married his partner in crime. Aaron has always admired his big sister spanning the days of adventure and lessons as kids to the realities and joys of adulthood. Shannon has served not only as a sister in Aaron's life but has balanced the roles of personal counselor, life coach, best friend, third parent, and landlord. Further, Victoria has received the "Older Sister Stamp of Approval" from Shannon, something that has never been accomplished before! Much love to our respective sister and sister-in-law and so glad you are a part of our celebration!
Jason Wytulka
Best Man
Brother-in-law to Aaron and part of the Stites family since he met Shannon. Aaron has looked up to Jay all these years because of his perseverance, guidance during trying times, humor, and support for family. After meeting Victoria for the first time, Jay predicted that she and Aaron would get married. Well, his prediction has come true! Work for Jay includes putting out fires and his free time consists of creating wood workings to include a Scandanavian style table as a gift to Aaron and Victoria. We are thrilled to have Jay as part of our special day!

Victorias best man and long time friend. The first time Victoria and Christian met was at a disco in 1996 when Christian came up and asked Victoria an inappropriate question about her nickname... They stayed friends ever since but the friendship really took anchor in 2011 when their lives had taken new directions and they both found each other single in Stockholm and the friendship grew and they have ever since supported each other in the up and downs that life throws at you. They have shared many international trips together, lots of parties and especially many many laughs. BFFs forever!!
Gabriella Axelsson
Maid of Honor
Victoria and Gabbi have been best friends since forever. They were lucky enough that their families were neighbors growing up and they spent almost every single day together playing everything from flower shop, travel agency to mailmen delivering Victoria’s fathers bills to the houses around the neighborhood. Before finding their future husbands they were each others soulmates, supporting each other in every hard moment and also every joy in life. They have traveled the world together, had endless conversations about life and love and still to this day there isn’t a day that goes by without them checking in with each other to see how their day has been. No question that Gabbi is the maid of honor who stands next to Victoria when she is marrying the love of her life.
Linn Grundberg
Bridesmaid / Toast Madame
Linn and Victoria have known each other since 1996, the friendship began when they got caught making prank phone calls at the after school activities, after that the friendship was set. After finishing school they moved in together in Umeå and after a year there they made the move together to the big city, Stockholm. Linn is now back in Örnsköldsvik where she is blossoming in her career as a reporter at the local paper. Linn and Victorias friendship is the kind that you don’t have to see each other that often to still know how much they mean to each other and where as soon as they are together again it feels like no time has passed at all. They are still those two thirteen year old girls making prank phone calls after school.
Ryan Jobe

Best of friends since high school, Aaron and Ryan have had few dull moments when they are together. From the highs and lows of playing sports, fun times in college, outdoor adventures, Ryan coming to see Aaron when he lived in Peru, Aaron visiting Ryan in Florida, and Ryan's wedding, Ryan has been part of many of Aaron's greatest memories in life. Ryan’s humanitarian spirit and sense of fun and adventure has always linked he and Aaron wherever they have lived across the globe. Ryan's huge heart and magnetic personality make him a friend to everyone he meets. If you haven’t met Ryan yet, you will surely meet him on the dance floor! We feel so lucky to have Ryan as part of our wedding party!
Trevor Stage
Best Man
Trevor and Aaron’s friendship began on a camping trip in a valley in the Colorado mountains. Despite the many challenges and new adventures in both of their lives, Trevor’s loyalty as a friend has persisted. Trevor and Aaron have enjoyed many fun nights on the town in Denver as well as camping trips, hiking 14'ers, cooking together, traveling to Boston, and watching sports and movies. Aaron has so valued being a part of Trevor’s growing family and has benefitted from Trevor's loyalty as a friend, positive attitude, honesty, bigger-than-life personality, and enormous heart. It means so much that Trevor is with Victoria and Aaron on their special day.
Bob Sorensen
Best Man
Bob and Aaron first met on the football field when they were ten and eleven years old. Their friendship was solidified through high school sports and the college years. Bob and Aaron have shared many adventures to include Bob and Raina’s wedding, an epic trip to Egypt and Jordan (Bob is Aaron’s Habibi), a slot canyon trip in Utah, and rafting on the mighty Colorado. Bob’s solid character, humor, and easy going nature are evident to all who meet him. Bob’s wife Raina is also one of Victoria and Aaron’s best friends and time spent with Bob and Raina is always filled with laughter and fun. Last, Bob and Raina have been so kind to let Victoria and Aaron live with them as they transition to a new home in Colorado. We hope they still like us by the big wedding day!
