We will have Welcome Drinks in the Lobby Bar at The Liberty. There will be a reserved section and open bar 8-9pm.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Dress to impress in your best black-tie formalwear—For the ladies, floor length dresses. Think rich textures, winter elegance, and vibrant color! For the gentlemen, show out in a classic tuxedo or black suit paired with a bow tie and suspenders.
The ceremony with start at 4:30pm sharp. Please arrive at 4 - 4:15pm to get settled.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
You will be escorted to the 5th floor for cocktail hour on the top rotunda.
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
You will be escorted back to the Liberty Ballroom for Dinner and Dancing.
