What’s the venue and its address?

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel/venue?

Answer

Yes. The shuttle will be leaving from the hotel at 3 PM to go to the venue. The shuttle will pick us up from the venue around 9:30 PM to go back to the hotel. There will be two shuttles and only one trip to and from.

What about early check in?

Answer

If the hotel is able to accommodate, they will do their best to allow guests to check in early, but it’s all based upon availability of the rooms and if they have been cleaned and prepared from the night before. Please plan accordingly as the check-in time is 3 pm and that is also when the shuttles will be leaving for the venue.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semy-formal/cocktail attire. As we are hoping to have our ceremony outdoors, please be aware it will be on grass. There will be a coatcheck availble if desired.

What will the weather be like this time of the year?

Answer

Since the weather has been relatively mild the past few years, we are hoping to have our ceremony outside followed by the indoor cocktail hour and reception.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
