What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail attire with a Western Twist- For women, think semi-formal dresses or jumpsuits; for men, dress pants or chinos with a button-up shirt. Blazers and ties are optional. This is a farm wedding, so cowboy hats, bolo ties, and boots are encouraged! Please, no jeans.

Where is the Ceremony / Reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Kent Equestrian Center in Chestertown Maryland. Address: 27190 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620

Where should I stay?

Answer

Guests can find recommended hotels under the Travel tab. Chestertown is a small town with limited options and no hotel blocks were available for our weekend, so we recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No formal transportation provided. If multiple guests stay at the same location, we may arrange a shuttle- please let us know where you're booked. Rideshare services such as Uber may be limited . Using a local taxi service or arranging for a designated driver is recommended. Jab Cab Taxi Service: 443-480-5805 (guests may wish to call ahead regarding availability and wait times).

We’re finalizing the timeline, but we're aiming for a late afternoon ceremony (around 4 PM). Please plan to 15 minutes early.

While this will mostly be an adults-only day, our nieces and nephews are special guests, and we’re thrilled they’ll be joining the fun.

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, but all events will be moved inside or under a tent if needed.

Parking is close (1-2 minute walk). A vehicle will be available for anyone who needs assistance. Event areas are indoors (first floor) or on flat grass.
