Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who will be keeping us together and upright on our big day!

Kristin

Matron of Honor

Sheridan is my little sister. One of my favorite memories of Sheridan is when I was in college and dating my now husband Andy. Sheridan would come to visit me in college and we would go to baseball games to see Andy play. We went to see Beyoncé in Concert with Sheridan. So in honor of that memory. "Okay ladies, now let's get in formation, I slay”

Emily

Maid of Honor

We met in Mrs. Dolan's second grade class at Spoede Elementary School in St. Louis, MO in 1998. We have too many memories together to pick a favorite, but some stand-outs are the 5th grade talent show, skinny dipping after dark, playing make-believe in the basement, and hours and hours of Polly Pocket and Littlest Pet Shop. My dance move is TBD!

Olivia

Bridesmaid

We became friends during undergrad and our friendship has only blossomed since. Too many to choose, but one of my favorites has to be playing the Mulan drinking game together. Don’t expect any good moves out of me, but I’ll be celebrating!

Heather

Bridesmaid

Basically I got roped into being her future sister-in-law and I couldn’t be happier about it! Just one day this weird Asian guy with long hair brought her home and she never left. One of my favorite memories with Sheridan is the awesome surprise party she threw for Jon’s 30th birthday. It brought everyone together and I got to have some awesome conversations with her and my other soon to be sister. One can definitely expect me and my boyfriend to be hitting the twist out there on the dance floor to every single song, regardless of beat or style.

Katie

Bridesmaid

Sheridan is my aunt, but more like a big sister! One of my favorite memories is doing Sheridan’s makeup at thanksgiving to match her pink hair! I’m a savage! Classy, boujie, ratchet!

Lauren

Bridesmaid

Sheridan and Lauren met in 2009 while attending Huntingdon College. What started as sorority sisters in Chi Omega turned into a lifelong friendship! From late nights at 1048 to cruising in Mexico, they always have a good time! You can be sure to catch Lauren dancing with her husband Jesse all night long!

Amanda Jo

Bridesmaid

Amanda Jo and Sheridan met when Sheridan was a freshman at Huntingdon College because Amanda Jo was Sheridan's RA in her dorm! Their first encounter was Sheridan banging on Amanda Jo's door because she was going to "smother her roommate in her sleep". They ended up being sorority sisters, although Amanda Jo says they would have been besties regardless. They have great memories of Harry Potter midnight premiers, dances, "study nights" (watching Trailer Park Boys and Doctor Who), and drinking wine! Amanda Jo will be dancing all night long with her husband John and their new baby girl!

Alex

Bridesmaid

If you had told either Alex or Sheridan when they met that they would not only be in each other's weddings but that they were best friends, they both would have laughed in your face. It was not love at first sight, but their shared love of Hanson brought them closer than anything else possibly could have at the time. They have seen Hanson together in concert and one day plan on taking the Hanson Cruise to their private island concert! You better believe you will catch Alex and Sheridan breaking it down to some Hanson classics!

Eric

Best Man

How do you know me? I do not know this man at all; a complete stranger with the same last name, laugh, physical features, that I keep running into since the day I was born. I can't shake this guy even after 28 years. A good memory of the two of us: The time Jonathan and I stayed up playing Soulcalibur 2 on the GameCube for winter break. Literally 3-5 days in a row of just playing. I always loved being able to watch my brother play video games, for me it was time hanging out with my cool older brother and felt like I was watching a movie. Also any time he visited me at Denison because it would confuse everyone with our similarity and because he usually could out drink mostly everyone. What is your favorite board game: Drinking Risk

Jeff

Groomsman

We met the first day of 9th grade as we shared the first class in the morning (I can't remember which one it was). We first started talking about our shared love of Zelda: OoT (maybe one of us was drawing it?) A favorite memory of us is bringing my gaming PC and giant ass CRT monitor over to your house multiple times per week to play WoW together. Hanging out with you and your family was really great. My favorite board game is Coup and all of its expansions/derivatives

Andy

Groomsman

You are that guy that keeps showing up at Thanksgiving that in a few months will be my brother. At first we shook hands, and now we hug. For this I am happy! A good memory of the two of us: At Farnell Thanksgiving a few years ago, we spent two days ripping out Robert & Connie’s back yard and building them a new deck. We laughed, we drank, we bled a little, we hurt our backs a little more. But the best part was that we worked well together and you outworked me. We made a great Team!!! We went home thinking about how great it is that Sheridan found someone like you! (And the deck made it through a major hurricane…) What is your favorite board game? I know I should say Mexican Train Strip Dominos, but I’m afraid that people will get the wrong idea about where I keep my train...

Kane

Groomsman

How do you know me? Well, I believe one of the first times I met you, you cut a watermelon with a samurai sword at the party house. It was a great time, but I could tell you were not like most of the other people at the party. Turns out, I was right. A good memory? Getting shit-wasted playing at least two dozen fast paced games of MTG. Seriously though, we have had a ton of good memories in the short (relative) amount of time I have known you. Another really good memory was the bar under the restaurant. That was low-key a great time. Favorite board game? I am going to go with Betrayal, followed closely by Suburbia. I don't know that we have played a board game I hated though, so kudos to you for that.

For all the days along the way
