Mexican weddings are typically a lot of fun. The food will be great, there will be an open bar and lots of dancing. 

Location: Hacienda Lagunillas, Queretaro, Mexico. 
Lagunillas (lah-goo-NI-yas) is a small town in the state of Querétaro (ker-EY-ta-ro) outside of the city also called Querétaro. Its about 40 minutes from QRO airport.
Querétaro (city) is a large city a few hours north of Mexico City. It has a beautiful historic downtown and is modern and safe. It is definitely worth walking around the historic downtown for a bit of cultural experience. 

Lodging:
There are a few hotels in downtown Querétaro that are going to give us a special price for the wedding, but I am still waiting for the information. 

Safety:
The state of Queretaro is safe, but as in any international travel, one should be careful with valuables etc.
As long as you don't eat street food or drink tap water/ice, you shouldn't run the risk of getting sick.
Weather: It will be in the 80s and is usually dry.
