When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, due to venue restrictions this is an adult only affair.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. For the men: if you have a tux, we highly encourage you to wear it! If not, a black suit will be just fine. For the ladies: an evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress is appropriate. We love an opportunity to get dressed up, and we hope you do too! When in doubt, think red carpet. There are no color restrictions (except for white, of course) so have fun with it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at the Lyle Hotel, The Dupont Circle Hotel and The Darcy Hotel, all of which are closely located to our venue. Please navigate to the “Travel” section for more information.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The Perry Belmont House does not have guest parking available on-site. Although there are two-hour parking spots around the venue, we encourage local guests to utilize rideshare apps (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc.) and instruct the driver to drop you off at the venue’s entrance located on New Hampshire Avenue, NW (not on 18th Street), as this will bring you closest to their front doors. Alternatively, the nearby parking garage 1666 Connecticut Avenue, NW is open on Saturdays from 12:00pm (noon) – 12:00am (midnight) for $21.00/day. The entrance is located at 2002 R Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009. For guests staying at one of our hotel blocks, we recommend parking at the hotel and walking to the wedding venue (weather permitting).

Yes! Please list all dietary restrictions on your meal selection with your RSVP.

Do you have a custom wedding hashtag for sharing pictures on social media?

Answer

We do not have a wedding hashtag; however, when posting pictures on social media from our wedding weekend, kindly tag us both so can view all of them!
