Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Frederik Meijer Gardens no later than 5:15 pm, so that you will have time to catch the tram to the wedding site. Ceremony will start at 6 pm sharp!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations will indicate if your plus one is included in our guest list. Please do not bring an extra plus one unless they were invited. Our venue is limited on space so we do not have any flexibility on the guest list. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 1st. We would like to give ourselves time to plan out our menu, rentals, and seating chart so this would be so helpful to get your RSVP in sooner rather than later :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dining will be a plated meal, with various options. We will have both a vegetarian and vegan option. If you have specific diet requirements that are not being met by the options offered on the invite, please let us know and we can speak with the catering service ahead of time to assure that you do not go hungry. We will update the website a few weeks prior to the wedding with the menu.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We welcome all energetic folks to help us keep the party going in Downtown Grand Rapids after the wedding. If needed, vehicles can be left at the Gardens as long as they are picked up by 10:30am on Sunday. Lyfts and Ubers are plentiful in Grand Rapids for safe transport to your hotel or downtown.
