Travel
Fly into OAX is the closest airport to the event. Booking any hotel or air BNB around Proyecto Murguia will have you by the city center. Within walking distance are many sights to see as well as many food options.
Flight

Oaxaca city has many flights but we found flying out of Tijuana saves a lot of time and money. If you are willing to have a layover in Mexico City it cuts the cost by about half but doubles the time to travel if flying out of Tijuana. For those flying from further away a layover may be unavoidable. We personally booked Volaris, but again choose the option that best suits your needs.
