We have a hotel booking contract arranged for our guests. The hotel is offering discounted rates by booking with the link (https://tinyurl.com/SNBWD). This discounted rate is limited to a set number of rooms. So please use the link to book with this negotiated rate before it fills up and you miss out on a discount! Cut-off for rate booking: August 22, 2024 ******** if it is past August 22, DO NOT WORRY! The hotel will honor this discount. You will have to email "saleshgi@kvamanagement.com" and tell them you are with the wedding block for Jonathan and Keegan and would like to book :) The hotel recommends to use a desktop/laptop to make the reservations. Rates may vary if you book through a phone. We have the contract for check in 11/22 and check out 11/26. However, you are more than welcome to stay longer or shorter! It's just an estimated block to reserve rooms for you guys :) Also, keep in mind that the wedding date is near the holidays so hotel rooms may have limited availability.
