What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or suit and tie. The wedding will be outdoors and there will be mostly grass, so ladies keep that in mind when picking your shoes.

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

Jonathan's parents are graciously hosting their home for the wedding. Their address is 8514 Wyndham CT Jersey Village, TX 77040. The ceremony and reception will be taking place in the backyard.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place at an outdoor backyard; we recommend flat-soled shoes, wide block heels, or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Temperatures tend to be warm and pleasant, but are kept cool with the chances of rain with the cold fronts that pass through the area. 70/54 degrees

Where should guests park?

Answer

We highly recommend rideshare options as parking is very limited. It is a residence, so there is little street parking. A parking lot is available nearby and is a bit of a long walk.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel room block for guests ?

Answer

We have limited block with Hilton Garden Inn NW America Place (14919 Northwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77040) for King room 109$/night or Standard Double queen room for 117$/night. Check in 11/22/24, check out 11/26/2024. Garden Inn is the closet hotel, however Courtyard by Marriott (6708 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77040) is also nearby. Keep in mind, we will be close to holidays during this time and there will be limited availability. Please book ASAP to ensure your stay.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and reception.
