Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have addressed all invitations specifically to individuals who are invited to the ceremony and reception. Due to capacity limitations, only individuals whose name is on the guest list (and confirm their RSVP by the deadline) will be allowed to attend official wedding events.

Classy, semi-formal attire is strongly encouraged, we want to see you all looking your best!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please see the "RSVP" tab of the website. Here, you will be able to RSVP for the ceremony, cocktail reception and/or reception.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
June 1, 2024 will be the final date to RSVP, however we strongly encourage you to submit your response as soon as you are certain that you will be attending! Any submissions after this date will unfortunately not be added to the official guest list and thus, attendance will not be allowed.

What if my RSVP changes?
Answer
If this occurs prior to the June 1, 2024 RSVP deadline, please return to the RSVP page of the website to change your attendance status!

What if I can't attend?
Answer
We really wish you could make it! Please still submit an RSVP stating "no" so that we will be able to plan accordingly.

While we do love your children, unless specified on your invitation, this will be an adult only affair.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please notify us on your RSVP of any allergies or dietary preferences so that we will be able to coordinate appropriately with the catering staff at the venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There is free on-site parking directly in front of The Gala 417 venue. Please keep in mind, the wedding location is on a marina, therefore public parking will also be a factor to consider.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors open at 4 o’clock in the evening. We strongly encourage all guests to arrive no later than 4pm to ensure proper seating prior to the ceremony start time. NO guests will be allowed into the venue once the ceremony has officially begun.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from The Gala 417.
