It is absolutely 100% up to you where you would like to stay! We recommend this hotel option for a few reasons however... - This will be the location for pickup/drop off for all guests the day of the Wedding (Evergreen Lake House is about a 35 minute ride from here) - 6 minutes away from the Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton (Saturday's Welcome Event) - Right on the highway (yet not noisy) for quick access to all destinations - Very close to many parks, hikes, and shopping centers - Great Views of the Mountains with a fire pit!
We have a private indoor/outdoor space from 5:00pm - 10:00pm. Please do not feel obligated to show up right at 5:00pm or stay the entire time - this is a casual gathering and a great way for the Karaczun and Anderson Families to meet! Local Food & Bev. provided.
Transportation will be provided to and from the Evergreen Lake House on the day of the Wedding. Guests will be picked up from the Staybridge Suites in Littleton around 3:30pm for a beautiful 35 minute drive into the Mountains. There will be two departing times that evening (more information is to come). - 9:00pm (roughly) - Closing (11:00pm-12:00am)
Colorado receives 300 days of sunshine a year, so good weather is likely - with a range of 52-64 degrees (11-17 celsius) during the days and rarely going below 38 degrees (3 celsius) during the month of October. Layers are the best way to go! Always bring a jacket, as the weather can change quickly and it is known to be a bit windy. For those of you continuing your travels onto Breckenridge after the wedding, note that the first snowfall of the year generally happens around Halloween Weekend. There are more than enough outerwear shops around Colorado - so don't stress about having everything you need before you leave.
We don't like having restrictions on what you can and can't wear but we do have a few tips: - Keep in mind that the Pre-Ceremony Cocktail Hour & Ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) so bringing a jacket/coat would be highly recommended. - The venue is nestled in the mountains on a lake and has very much of a log cabin feel - It's Fall/Autumn in Colorado, so think shades of red, orange, and brown, if you are looking to match the scenery - No White Dresses Please :)
No problem! The Bride is a vegetarian and the Groom's favorite food group is Bacon so don't worry about your food preferences. Feel free to contact Jon & Dani directly for specifics and we will coordinate with the caterer(s).
You know it!
