Skip the curbside chaos — all collections and returns on Turo at Lihue Airport happen just a short ride away at the Turo-dedicated lot at Kukui Grove Center. It's located behind Target (4303 Nawiliwili Road). If you're arriving between 7 am and 11 pm, hop on the free Turo shuttle from the shuttle and taxi area near Baggage Claim B. It runs every 20–25 minutes and gets you to the lot in under ten. Just show your trip confirmation to the driver and enjoy the ride. Before you take off, send your host a message through the Turo app to confirm shuttle hours, stall number, and any lockbox or key handoff details — especially helpful for early birds or late-night arrivals so you can coordinate a meet-up with your host outside shuttle-bus hours. You can also share your location in real-time, starting two hours before the trip begins — super handy if you're arriving on a delayed flight or juggling luggage. There’s a required delivery fee for every Turo booking that starts or ends at Lihue Airport — this helps support the dedicated shuttle service and parking lot at Kukui Grove Center. Turo collects the fee and passes it directly to the airport, with nothing taken off the top. If your host needs to pay for parking before your pickup, that cost will be listed in the vehicle’s trip details, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you even hit the road.
