When should I RSVP by?

I'm travelling from overseas, do I need a visa?

Answer

For those visiting from New Zealand, you do not need any visas. For those travelling from the UK, you will need need an eVisitor visa (free) and an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA, also free). What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by the ceremony by 3:45PM, for a starting time of 4PM. The venue will open at 3:30PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress formally but comfortably and appropriately for the weather. For example, please wear trousers but ties are not required.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue has a strict capacity and unfortunately if we have not offered a plus one we cannot squeeze them in for the ceremony and reception. Plus ones are welcome to the other events, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course. Please make a note of your food allergy on the RSVP form.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available on site. We suggest getting an Uber or a taxi to the event if possible, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy our special day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest taking an Uber or taxi to the venue so you are able to fully enjoy the event. We will be providing a bus for everyone after the ceremony that will take you back to either the Perth CBD or the Lavin Residence.
