There are many hotels in Murfreesboro area as well as air bnb's and such. As far as transportation, you will most likely need a vehicle. There is uber but it might be harder at night in this area. Please reach out if you have any questions. The sooner you secure something the easier it will be.  
We have not blocked off a hotel and are considering to do so depending on guest count and accommodations.
