To check in, please drive to the lobby to gather your your room/chalet number, directions and parking permit (one permit per booking). You can then drive to your room and get ready!
Ceremony
4:30 pm
The ceremony will take place outside, on grass, next to the lake, with limited shade. Cocktail hour will be next to the ceremony, on a mostly covered patio and the reception will be a short walk to an inside ball room. In the middle of September Yosemite is usually mid 70 degrees and sunny.
Reception End
10:30 pm
Reception is inside and a short walk from the ceremony/cocktail hour. For those needing assistance, you can use the Pine Resort shuttle to drive you to the reception location. Other guests may join you in the mini van.
