The wedding is at the Pine Resort at Bass Lake, while we have a room block, it is limited and their chalets and suites fill up fast. Book now if you are thinking about attending the wedding; you can always cancel the room up to two weeks before the event with no charges. Better to book early and change your mind than wait last minute and not be able to go because of room availability. Pine Resort has some pet friendly rooms/chalets. You can call or use the link to book your accommodations. They also offer a car service for guests who may need help to get from their room to the ceremony or from the ceremony to the reception. You can set up accommodations when you check in and/or call the front desk for the service . As this service is limited, please leave extra time in case there are multiple requests

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We suggest bringing or hiring a babysitter to watch the kids in the room/chalet during the wedding. You can enjoy the wedding and the kids can enjoy the pool, lake, playground and even Yosemite. We thank you for your understanding and hope you can still make it!

Check in and timing can be found on the schedule page; but you want to know about the experience...The ceremony will take place outside, on grass, next to the lake, with limited shade. Cocktail hour will be next to the ceremony, on a mostly covered patio and the reception will be a short walk to an inside ball room. In the middle of September Yosemite is usually mid 70 degrees and sunny. Dress code is semi-formal.
