RSVPs should be submitted no later than April 1st. If you do not respond by that date, we will have to assume you will not be attending.
The ceremony will start at 4:30. Plan to arrive and be seated by 4:15.
The dress code is semi-formal. Have fun with it! Spring colors and florals are encouraged. :) We ask for no jeans or t-shirts.
Big Canoe is beautiful year-round, but especially in the Spring. Expect highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s.
Due to limited capacity at our venue, we had to make hard decisions regarding our guest list. We ask that only those named on the invitation attend. If your invitation says "Name and GUEST", you have a plus one.
Big Canoe is beautiful this time of year and we encourage staying within the neighborhood! Plenty of options can be found through Mountain Vista Rentals (ask about the wedding discount!) or on Airbnb.
For transportation to and from the airport or the wedding, reach out to Steve LaFontaine at LaFontaine Transportation (contact info can be found under the "Travel & Accommodations" tab). Uber and Lyft are not reliable within Big Canoe. If you plan to drink, make a plan of how to get home safely.
There is an open bar! Drinks are on us, but please drink responsibly and tip your bartenders!
We've hired an amazing wedding photographer named Fagan who will be capturing the entire day. We respectfully ask that everyone leave all cameras and cell phones off during the ceremony. Feel free to snap photos during the cocktail hour and reception to share to social media!
