The Wedding Website of Jonatan Chavez and Ashley Sosa
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 10th, 2026, using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If we do not receive an RSVP on time, we will assume you will be unable to join us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM, and we’d love for you to be there from the very beginning! To make sure you don’t miss anything, we recommend arriving by 4:00 PM, so you have time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to arrive after 4:30 PM, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over before joining us. We truly appreciate your patience, and you’ll still be able to join us at the reception afterward. We can’t wait to see you there and enjoy this special day with you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day—think of it like you’re heading to a glamorous gala! The official dress code is BLACK TIE. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo with a bowtie, paired with dress shoes. Ladies, we ask that you wear a floor-length gown. Please refer to the "Guest Attire Inspo" tab above for outfit inspiration. We kindly request NO jeans, sneakers, or short dresses. And absolutely NO white or white-looking colors allowed, as we want to keep that just for the bride! If you are not sure if your outfit is appropriate, contact the bride at 678-531-6127. We can’t wait to see how stunning everyone looks and celebrate together in style!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & {Guest Name}.” We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love the little ones, due to the formal nature of the event and limited seating, we’ve made the decision to host an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to fully enjoy the evening and encourages parents to see this as a special date night! Thank you so much for making accommodations accordingly—we truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support as we start this new chapter together. Instead of a traditional gift registry, we kindly ask for cash gifts only. Your generosity will help us build our future, and we deeply appreciate it. Thank you, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present with us in this special moment and allow our photographer to capture it beautifully. Thank you for your love and understanding. Additionally, we ask that there be absolutely NO Facebook or Instagram live streaming during either the ceremony or the reception. If a live video is happening, our bridesmaids have been instructed to kindly ask you to stop it immediately. Thank you so much for respecting these guidelines. We can’t wait to see the memories you capture while celebrating with us!

Question

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, the Chapel on McEver has plenty of parking spaces.

Question

Where should I stay if I’m coming from out of town?

Answer

Visit the Travel tab for information on hotels.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you so much, but we completely understand that life happens! If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend” so we can plan accordingly. We’ll be thinking of you on our special day and can’t wait to catch up and share all the memories with you afterward!

Question

What should I do if I have more questions?

Answer

If you have any more questions, feel free to contact the bride directly! She’ll be happy to help with anything you need.
