We have reserved and prepaid for sites 5-9 and 12-18 for camping. Sites 10-11 are reserved for dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday. Please text/call Jon or Leah if you plan to camp so they can ensure you a site. There are two tents/vehicles allowed per site. Please be friendly and share your space with another group if needed.
We have already paid for the campsites. However, you will need to purchase a vehicle permit for the length of your stay. These permits can be purchased with cash or check at the park entrance, or at Custer Cove Campground. One vehicle is $25 per night. Carpooling is encouraged. Glass is not allowed at the campground. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Please leave your furry friends at home. See section 7 of the link below for a full list of campground regulations.
We all want to look good for pictures. Showers will be available at the Reed residence, as well as at the neighboring house. We will be passing around a shower sign-up sheet Saturday morning. Please bring your own towel for shower and beach activities.
Mother Nature is unpredictable, so come prepared for high wind gust, moisture and/or temperatures ranging from 40-76 degrees. Check the weather before you come. We will be camping rain or shine.
There is not running water at the campground. Please bring plenty of drinking water. You will be able to refill your bottles and jugs at the Reed residence. There is not recycling available. Please do not bring any glass containers/bottles. We will be camped very close to the lake; bring your water toys. People enjoy different amenities while camping, bring what you need to be comfortable. If you are new to camping, or haven't camped in a long time, check out the gear checklist via the link below.
