Here is what to expect for wedding week! Jon & Dakota will be having an intimate wedding ceremony on June 1st, 2026 in Maui, Hawaii! It will be on a secluded bay with their immediate family & close friends (wedding party) as witnesses as they become husband & wife - Mr. & Mrs. Brown! BEFORE that, they have decided to do a local wedding reception prior to the actual wedding day so that they can celebrate their marriage-to-be with ALL of their loved ones, including extended family members & friends! This event, called the "Pre-Wedding Reception: A Formal Send-Off Dinner Party," will be on Friday, May 29th, 2026! This night will be hosted at The Grove Community Church in Riverside, CA. It will consist of a plated dinner, formal attire, speeches, cake cutting, a coffee bar, music, & then prayer & worship to end the night off! Jon & Dakota are SO excited & would be truly honored to have you there on May 29th to celebrate with you right before they leave to Maui! Please RSVP by March 15th!

This event is FORMAL attire. Men can wear button downs and suits (with or without jackets.) Ladies wear floor-length/maxi dresses. Summer and spring colors encouraged!

Wedding colors are pale blush, chartreuse, berry, and cabernet. There will be a plated dinner served with cake-cutting, toasts, a coffee bar, and dances to follow! We’ll end with a prayer/worship gathering. Can’t wait to see you there and to celebrate our marriage-to-be with you!!
