Can I bring a plus one?

We are unable to accomodate a plus one for everyone unfortunately. If a plus one has been allocated for you it will be noted when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Think mountain vibes! Our dress code is dressy casual attire. We want you to be comfortable and feel good! Men: No suit or tie required unless you want! Example: Slacks and a button up or a cotton polo, +/- a blazer. Women: Colorful/whimsical dresses, jumpers, skirts, etc - whatever feels good!

What is the timeline?
Answer
Ceremony starts at 4pm followed by cocktail hour then reception. The venue has asked you arrive no more than 30 minutes prior. If you are in the wedding party or family you will receive separate instructions. Lake Arrowhead's noise ordinance requires we wrap up by 10pm, bar and DJ services will end at 9:30pm

What should we do for transportation?
Answer
There is onsite venue parking however space is limited - we highly recommend carpooling as rideshare options are not reliable in Lake Arrowhead.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
In september in Lake Arrowhead highs are in the mid to high 70s and lows in the 50s. Bring layers! There will be space heaters and a heated barn if it gets chilly in the evening

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. For the reception, dinner will be served in a barn structure and the dance floor will be outdoors.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

For those who need help with mobility, the venue has a golf cart to help with transportation to and from the parking area, ceremony site, and reception area.

Yes, when RSVP'ing there will be an option to list any food allergies/restrictions.
