We are going with semi-formal. For dudes, a suit jacket or a blazer and dress pants (or suit and tie if you are feeling like impressing everyone!), for ladies, a nice dress. Please refrain from wearing white/ivory colors, those are reserved for the bride!
The floors at the venue are all grass - avoid thin heels.
Brazil weather is truly unpredictable, you can have 4 seasons in one day. At the end of May we are almost entering winter, so it's likely that temperatures will be on the cooler side. Bring a jacket/cardigan, prepare to drink and dance and you'll be fine!
He is, however, here’s the one thing Mariana will be bridezilla about: please don’t touch Beni! Benicio is going to be 3 months old at the time of the wedding, and he doesn’t have vaccines or immunity against most diseases. I know he’s cute and it’s hard not to squeeze him. But are taking a huge risk traveling with him so young and our pediatrician already wants to kill us for bad parenting, so please make it easy on mom and dad. Even if you feel well and washed your hands, don’t touch Beni! Archer will be at the wedding as well and will gladly take all hugs and kisses you want to give him.
