What colors do I wear?

Answer

You can wear black, grey, red, or purple! 🖤🩶❤️💜 The family of the bride and groom are wearing green and blue, and the wedding party is wearing brown, orange, pink, yellow and beige, so these colors are off limits to avoid confusion!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Casual to formal, wear whatever you want! Dress up and accessorize like you’re in a pageant, or wear jeans and plaid like you’re going to a lumberjack look-a-like contest! Note: I will add that the overall theme is fantasy (fairies, princesses, elves, witches), so if you want a theme to dress to, that would be it! And it would make us so happy to see people dressed up! But if that’s not your style we still love you!

What do I bring for a gift?

Answer

Gifts are not expected, but if you’d like to give something there is a registry on a separate page! We are also saving for our honeymoon roadtrip so if you’d like to contribute to that instead then there will be a card box at the venue!

Is there smoking or drinking allowed?

Answer

Smoking (cigarettes) is allowed only in the smokers area outside of the barn, it is not allowed anywhere else on the property due to the old, rustic structures (very dry!). Drinking is not only allowed but encouraged, however you are not allowed to bring your own to the venue, you will be escorted out (I’m looking at you, Troumblys). There will be free drinks up to a set amount that we paid for, after that it is a cash bar (bring cash because we never know if the card readers will work, and I don’t have my wallet I won’t be able to help you).

Are children allowed?

Answer

The ceremony will be child free (ages 10 and up are allowed) and the reception is child friendly, all ages are welcome.
