Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Jolie and Thomas want to welcome you to Nashville! Join us at the Hall at Ole Red for cocktails and desserts hosted by Thomas, Greg Bolen and Cindy Poovey. We hope to see you there! Attire: Mountain Chic https://www.pinterest.com/joliestarrnews/mountain-chic-attire/ For women: think fringes, faux leather, earthy tones, florals, cowboy boots/hats - very Wyoming/Montana/Yellowstone vibes! For men: think jeans, button down, sport coat, flannels, cowboy boots/cowboy hats encouraged! Buses will be leaving at 7:30pm from the JW Marriott to Ole Red. However, there won’t be any transportation back to the hotel - we encourage everyone to explore Broadway after the welcome party is over! :)

Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

For women, think cocktail dresses, LBDs and dressy jumpsuits. For men, you may choose a suit, or a sport coat and dress pants - tie optional. Buses will be leaving from the JW Marriott at 3:30pm and will return to the JW Marriott at the end of the wedding. Buses to the wedding will ONLY be departing from the JW Marriott. If you are staying at a different hotel, please give yourself enough time to walk or Uber to the JW Marriott before buses leave at 3:30pm. Please do not drive and park at the venue as there is limited parking. If you are unable to make the bus, please uber to the venue.

Send-Off Breakfast

8:30 am - 10:30 am

Jolie and Thomas want to see you off! Come enjoy a breakfast buffet hosted by Jolie’s aunts & uncles in the JW Marriott Conference Room. Join us from 8:30-10:30am as we say goodbye and thank you for coming!
