IND is about an hour north of Bloomington.

Bloomington GO express shuttle

There is a bus shuttle service (not a train) that runs from the Indianapolis airport to Bloomington. Shuttle services start around $29, and can drop off at multiple hotels in downtown Bloomington. I have attached the link above where you can coordinate pick up times/ drop off locations.

Louisville International Airport (SDF)

The Louisville airport is located about 2 hours south-east of Bloomington. We have discovered that their flights can be cheaper than Indianapolis, but there is not a direct shuttle service. Rental cars are available at the airport.
