How to Book Your Room
Step 1: Choose Your Room Type Review the room options and decide which accommodations best fit your stay. Step 2: Reserve Your Room To secure your room within our wedding block, please call Coconut Bay Group Reservations at 877-252-0304 and reference: Hulshizer & Allen Wedding Group #: 475040 The resorts group department will provide you with the required reservation form to complete. After the completed form is returned and processed, your room confirmation will be sent directly to you. Important Group Block Details
To help ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests, please review the details below before booking. 1. Rooms are first-come, first-served within our group block. 2. If a room category becomes fully reserved, guests may still book that room type based on resort availability at the time of booking. 3. Guests traveling without children are required to stay in the Harmony (adults-only) section 4. Guests traveling with children should book within the Splash (family-friendly) section 5. We kindly ask that all guests secure their room within 30 days to be included in our group block

1. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking 2. A second one-night deposit is due: September 2, 2026 3. Final payment is due: October 17, 2026 Final balances will be automatically charged to the card on file 45 days prior to arrival Important Payment Note: A credit card will be required at check-in for any incidental charges (such as spa services, excursions, or additional purchases). The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additional Payment Information A Government of Saint Lucia Tourism Levy will be collected directly by the resort at checkout: $6.00 USD per adult (18+) per night $3.00 USD per guest (ages 12–17) per night
