Guests should plan to fly into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) in St. Lucia.
Coconut Bay states that transfers from UVF are included for resort guests. When you arrive at the airport and clear customs and immigration, proceed outside to the arrivals lobby and locate the Coconut Bay welcome desk. A resort representative will greet you at the Coconut Bay kiosk and coordinate your included transportation to the resort. Visit the front desk for detailed information on your departure shuttle.
Yes. We strongly recommend staying within the wedding room block so you are close to the celebration and using the designated guest booking path.

Once the weekend schedule is finalized, the website will list the hosted events, approximate timing, and whether each event requires an RSVP.
Dress guidance will be shared for each event on the website so you know what is beach-friendly, dinner-appropriate, or celebration-ready.
Coconut Bay includes an adults-only wing called Harmony and a family-friendly wing called Splash.
We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding to allow time to settle in and fully enjoy the weekend. Departure timing is flexible, but we’d love for you to stay through the farewell gathering if your schedule allows.
After the initial booking window, rooms and rates are subject to availability. We highly encourage booking early to secure your preferred room within our group block.

Yes. Once the full schedule is finalized, RSVP details will be shared for each event. This helps us plan each experience with intention.
We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, resort wear, and one elevated look for the wedding day. We are kindly requesting an all-black attire palette for the wedding day. Additional attire guidance will be shared for specific events.
Coconut Bay requires all guests attending wedding events to either stay on property or purchase a day pass directly through the resort. Please note that day pass availability and pricing are determined by the resort and are not guaranteed. To ensure a seamless experience and avoid additional fees, we strongly recommend booking within our wedding room block.
Cancellation policies are set by the resort and outlined at the time of booking. Please review all terms carefully when reserving your room. For your convenience, here is a general overview: - The initial deposit is non-refundable - Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to travel: your first night deposit may be refundable - Cancellations made 44–31 days prior to arrival: two nights will be charged - Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival: full stay is non-refundable - No-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by the resort.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Contact the resort’s front desk the day before their flights to arrange their airport transfer.
A Government of Saint Lucia Tourism Levy will be collected directly by the resort at checkout: $6.00 USD per adult (18+) per night $3.00 USD per guest (ages 12–17) per night
