Things To Do in Hong Kong

We hope you love Jojo’s home as much as we do. To make the most of your visit, we recommend staying in Hong Kong for 3–5 days. Below are some of our favorite suggestions to help you plan your stay.

Places to visit

- Aqua Luna - prebook tickets for the one hour sunset cruise, leave from TST pier. 10/10 experience, MUST do! - Victoria Peak 山頂 – iconic views on the top looking out to all of Hong Kong. Take the tram up at night. - Ride the Hong Kong Tram from Central to Causeway Bay - Tai Kwun - restored former police and prison compound. Don’t miss the speakeasy , 001, inside. - Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) Promenade / Avenue of Stars – skyline and nightly light show at 8pm - Ngong Ping 360 & Big Buddha – cable car + Lantau Island visit - Goldfish street 金魚街 - street lined with goldfish and pet stores + shopping - Temple Street Night Market 廟街 – fortune tellers, shopping and street food - Ladies’ Market 女人街 – shopping and street food - Man Mo Temple – historic temple - Stanley Market & Stanley Beach – relaxed coastal vibes - Repulse Bay – beach day close to the city - Monkey Mountain (Kam Shan Country Park) – wild monkeys everywhere - Ocean Park (they have pandas) or Disneyland - theme parks

- Dragon’s Back – A gentle, scenic trail perfect for a relaxing walk with stunning coastal views. - Lion’s Rock – A must-see for its iconic skyline panorama and symbolic presence over the city. - Suicide Cliff – A challenging but incredibly rewarding hike offering sweeping views across all of Hong Kong.

Brian's favorite. - Lung King Heen (Four Seasons) - two Michelin-starred Cantonese dining. Our reception dinner will also be served from here. Traditional dim sum is served during the day too.

- Bar hop on Wyndham street, Peel street or the iconic Lan Kwai Fong street - Bar Leone  - Ranked #1 best bar in Asia, always a great time - Argo - Award winning, at the Four Seasons hotel lobby. We love the welcome drink: champagne with gummy bears. - Ozone - At the Ritz-Carlton, this is the tallest bar in the world located on the 118th floor - Cardinal Point – one of Brian’s favorite rooftop bars. It can be a bit tricky to find since it’s tucked inside an upscale mall and accessed via service elevators, just ask for directions once you’re inside. - The Old Man  – Innovative, literary-themed cocktail bar inspired by Ernest Hemingway. - Quinary  – Multi-sensory cocktail bar, award-winning mixology. - Penicillin - Another amazing cocktail bar. - The Iron Fairies  – Butterflies hanging all over on the roof with live jazz, fairy-tale décor. - Ping Pong 129 Gintoneria – Hidden gin bar. - COA - another award-winning mezcal and agave bar vibing in the heart of Central

Sample One day Itinerary

Starting point: Central 10AM: Breakfast at a traditional "Cha Chaan Teng" (茶餐廳). Cha Chaan Teng is a type of HK style café serving fast casual comfort food. Start at Lan Fong Yuen (蘭芳園), get milk tea and HK style French toast. If there’s a line, nearby Sing Heung Yuen (勝香園) is another classic, known for tomato noodles and crispy buns. 11AM: Explore Central, walk around PMQ or Tai Kwun 2PM: Take the iconic tram, locally called the “ding ding.” Ride to Causeway Bay, a scenic journey through the city’s liveliest neighborhoods. 3PM: Explore Causeway Bay including Times Square and Sogo. Go to Goods of Desire (G.O.D.) or LOG-ON for Hong Kong inspired souvenirs. Grab a pastry from Bakehouse. 6PM: Take the MTR from Causeway Bay to Tsim Sha Tsui (TST). Walk along TST Promenade/Avenue of Stars. From TST Pier, take the Aqua Luna over sunset (prebook tickets!) 8PM: Dinner and bar hop on Peel Street. Go via the famous escalators in Central.
