A trip to Northeast Michigan definitely calls for some time at the lake! In Alpena, check out the Alpena Bi-Path or one of the many city parks and beaches. If you find yourself spending time in our hometown of Tawas we highly recommend making a stop at Tawas Point State Park or grabbing ice cream from The Tawas Bay Fudge & Ice Cream Company and taking a walk down East Tawas State Dock.
