Travel Note
There are four airports in three cities that could work for guests flying in to use with varying pros and cons. Madison, WI (MSN) has a small airport that is about 20 minutes from the hotel and venue, however it is typically more expensive and a direct flight is highly unlikely. Most layovers would be in Chicago, usually O'Hare. Milwaukee, WI (MKE) is slightly larger and does have multiple direct options, especially for folks traveling out of Florida. The flights are usually cheaper than Madison since it is a larger airport with more options. Milwaukee is a little over an hour from the venue and hotel, so you would likely need to rent a vehicle or book a bus ticket to get to Madison. Chicago, IL (ORD or MDW) has two options that would have flights available for guests. O'Hare (ORD) is a massive airport and typically has a multitude of direct options for most destinations. It's usually the cheapest of the options to fly into, but it is about a three hour trip to Madison from Chicago by car. Midway is a smaller airport in the Chicago area so has fewer options, but is less hectic to navigate. Renting a vehicle would likely be a necessity in order to travel to/from the hotel and airport. There are bus options available from both Chicago airports to Madison, but options are limited.

We will have a bus running to the venue from the Fairfield Inn & Suites before the ceremony for guests who may not have a vehicle. We will also have a bus for guests to use to take back to the hotel if you aren't driving a vehicle or won't be able to safely drive back. Please mark if this is something you may be using so that we can plan appropriately. This will only be running to the hotel where the hotel block is. The venue has let us know that Ubers are very unreliable on the way back after receptions so even if you use one to get to the wedding please know that it may not be an option back. NOTE: Time is currently subject to change.
