Western Chic- Sunset Colors and Yee-Haws
Wedding Party Only: The rehearsal ceremony will be held at 10:00am. Please arrive at the lobby by 9:45am. Later that day, Simon’s parents will be hosting a rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and immediate family. For the Gals: Long dresses in sunset-inspired tones (think warm pinks, oranges, golds). Cowboy boots & hats encouraged 🤠For the Guys: Button-down shirts in sunset shades (terracotta, rust, yellow, pink, or denim). Pair with cowboy boots, and feel free to add a western belt, bolo tie, or hat.

Semi-Formal: Suits & Long Dresses
To reach the ceremony site, we’ll be taking a scenic ski lift ride—a fun (and very on-brand) way to get to the celebration! You’ll meet our amazing wedding planner, TeNeil, in the lodge lobby at 2:20pm. She’ll hand out lift tickets and guide you on your way to the ceremony. If you’re not able to ride the lift, no worries—a shuttle will be available. Just let us know your preference when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
After Grace and Simon say “I do” and officially seal the deal, you'll head back down the mountain via ski lift for a celebratory cocktail hour on the lawn. Expect delicious hors d'oeuvres, a curated selection of wine, Colorado craft beers, and signature cocktails made with love and a little mountain spirit. And for our non-alcoholic friends, Oakley—the newlyweds' beloved pup—has whipped up his very own signature mocktail.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After cocktail hour, you’ll be guided to the tent for an evening of delicious food, heartfelt toasts, first dances, and a warm welcome to the dance floor to celebrate the love of Simon and Grace. We’ll be dancing into the night, and since mountain air can get chilly after sunset, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to stay cozy under the stars.

Because the celebration can’t possibly end at 10PM, Grace and Simon are keeping the good times rolling! Join them at the bistro, rented out just for us, until 1AM. There will be snacks to keep you fueled, and a heads-up—the bar will switch to cash-only at that point. Come ready to keep dancing, laughing, and making memories long after the main event- yee haw!
