Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Quick summary: Semi-formal attire such as dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks and button-down shirts. Colorful and floral styles are welcome but optional. Please choose attire that is dressy, modest, and appropriate for a Catholic church. Our wedding will be a semi-formal event. Guests are invited to wear dressy, polished attire that feels comfortable and celebratory. While not required, bright colors, floral prints, and cheerful patterns are welcome if you enjoy them. Neutral tones and classic styles are equally appropriate. Because our ceremony will take place in a Catholic church, we kindly ask guests to choose attire that is modest and respectful. Please avoid overly revealing styles, extremely short hemlines, or casual clothing. For Women: -Midi, ankle-length, or floor-length dresses are recommended. -Dressy jumpsuits and elegant two-piece outfits are also welcome. -Both colorful/patterned and neutral/classic styles are appropriate. -Necklines and hemlines should be modest and suitable for a church setting. ***Shawls or wraps are REQUIRED by the church if you choose to wear strapless or spaghetti straps. -Please avoid denim, athletic wear, or very casual attire ***Be mindful of your heel choices, as cocktail hour will be held on grassy areas at the reception site, which require walking up and down small inclines. For Men: -Dress pants or slacks with a button-down shirt. -Sport coats or blazers are welcome but not required. -Ties are optional. -Dress shoes or loafers preferred. -Both classic neutral tones and lighter or more colorful styles are appropriate. -Please avoid jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or sneakers. Overall, think dressy and polished while feeling free to express your personal style. Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us!
