Q+A

We have answers! If you have any other questions not listed below, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space in our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The official dress code is semi-formal requested, formal preferred. This would include anything in the range of cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, midi & floor length dresses, dress shirts, suits, and ties! Please refrain from jeans, shorts, or super casual wear. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white/shades of white. Most importantly—we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself, so choose something that makes you feel confident and ready to celebrate!

Question

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired the most amazing photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by November 29th! If you do not respond by this deadline, you will automatically be marked as “not attending.” We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame that they request. We hope you can make it!

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by marking your RSVP as “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only, with the exception of the families of the bride and groom. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun! For those of you bringing young children, we kindly ask that you remove them from the ceremony area if they are making a disturbance.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at both The Wyndham and The DeSoto Hotel. Please click on the “Travel” section of our website for more details.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer
