Once upon a time, we were visiting our younger cousins on the Winter side when they were just starting to get into sports and athletics. Jon told them the reason he was shorter than me was that he had worked out more when we were growing up. They proceeded to tell their dad that they didn't want to work out or do sports anymore. That's one of my most cherished memories with Jon.

I’m Chris, Jon’s best friend (sorry guys he told me so). Jon and I have been at this life thing since day one of Maranatha track 2015, where we brought the team into the greatest era it had ever seen, and laid the foundation for the Skeeze bros, the inarguable coolest and most popular friend group in the history of the school, possibly the world. I'm super excited to stand beside Jon and Bri as they make this huge step forward in their lives, and hope they remember us little guys when they are on the moon. $GME to the moon.

At first I thought she was too cool for me, but I soon realized she was such a fun nerd with a heart of gold and it wasn’t long before we became friends. Hi friends, I’m Axie! Before deciding to transfer to Maranatha, I spent a day shadowing Brianna (and Sophie!). From being my first friend at Maranatha to now being one of my best friends, I’m thankful for Bri’s intentional heart. After college, we roadtripped through Oregon and I witnessed Bri’s ability to wear Birkenstocks in rain, snow, and sunshine. Let’s hope she’ll keep them at home on her wedding day.

Hi! My name is Caraline Sierota and I’ve had the privilege of knowing Bri and Jon since high school. I’ll never never forget meeting Bri in the freshman dance class and being so drawn to her kind spirit. I have this memory of driving home from school with Bri when she spotted a lost dog and she insisted that we spent the next 4 hours finding and returning the dog to its owner. No one has a heart quite like Bri! My friendship with Bri can be summed up in this: 2 chai lattes at Bean Town talking for 6 hours and but it only feels like 30 minutes!! I love this couple so much and feel so honored and happy to be apart of their big day!

Next thing I knew he threw a deck of cards as hard as he could into a glass window. That was it. I still don't know what the trick was but our friendship has been magic ever since. On a high school retreat, I was witness to how passionate Jon gets when playing musical chairs. Some small freshman may have been hurt in the process but that is still up for debate. I am so honored to be a part of this very special day, celebrating their love for each other. Love you both always!

The first time I met Jon in high school, he saved my life. I was the new transfer who started late and on this Thursday afternoon I was walking into the auditorium for an assembly. Without knowing I was headed right for where the cool kids sat, a seat that was earned, not given. All of a sudden I heard from the upper bleachers, "Hey dude. Come sit with us." That was Jon 10 years ago and the only thing that's changed is the length of his beard!

Hey there, I’m Jessi! I’m so grateful to have met Bri the first weekend of our freshman year at Santa Clara. I saw the spark of warmth, love, and much shenanigans in her eyes. And that’s what we do, typical things like break into catacombs in foreign countries, run through the house throwing tortillas at each other, and turn the entire living room into a giant fort for movie night.
