Can I check into the Hampton Inn early?

Answer

Check in is at 3 pm. I was unable to reserve early check in for the entire block. If you feel you need it, you can contact the hotel and request early check in for your room.

Will there be transportation from the Hampton Inn to the reception?

Answer

Yes, a bus will leave the Mansfield Hampton Inn at 4 pm to transport guests to the reception. The bus will transport guests back to the Hampton Inn at the end of the reception.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

Yes, if you decide not to take the bus, or stay elsewhere from the Hampton Inn, there is parking at the property. Car pooling is encouraged.
