When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2023 at the latest. You can RSVP as early as you know your plans.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks with discounted rates at the Hilton Garden Inn of Newtown Square and at the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Devon/Villanova. Please head to the "Travel" tab of this website to get detailed booking information. Also note reservations must be made by 7/30/23 and are on a first come, first serve basis. The Hilton Hotel Block is fully booked, but there are current availabilities at the Marriott.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will be cocktail attire. This means a suit jacket and tie for men, and a cocktail dress for women.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:30pm to The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. Free shuttle from the hotel and free parking is available at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be free parking at the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, you can enter via the ramp to the left side of the venue, leading to the patio.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will also have a vegetarian dinner option of butternut squash ravioli. Official menu details will come with your invitation.

Only if they were explicitly listed on your invitation, or listed as "guest".

We love kids, but they can only attend if they were explicitly listed in your save the date / invitation. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

When will the wedding invitations come?

Answer

Wedding invitations were sent on June 10th, 2023! If you did not receive an invite at this time, please reach out to Chris & Bailey!
