We will be hosting welcome drinks for those staying in town the night before to kick off the weekend! Stop by and say hello, grab a cocktail or craft beer at the cash bar, and connect with the friends and family of the bride and groom before the big day! Venue will be indoor/outdoor and walking distance from the Hilton Hotel.

Cocktail Attire
The ceremony will be outside in the front lawn of the venue. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor during golden hour, with access to the venue patio and entertainment by the Elegance String Quartet. Appetizers & refreshments will be served during cocktail hour. The reception will be in the ballroom of the venue, where dinner will be served and a live band will play for guests to enjoy! There will be shuttles to the venue from both hotel blocks that will be available at: Hilton Garden Inn Shuttles: - 5:05pm departure venue (*please try to make this shuttle if possible) - 5:45pm departure to venue Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Devon/Villanova Shuttles: - 5:05pm departure to venue Shuttles from Venue back to both hotels will be available at: - 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 12:30am, and 1:45am

After Party Chic (No outfit change required)
For those who aren’t quite done dancing, join us for our after party that continues at the wedding venue. We will have a DJ, soft pretzels, cheese steaks, and a continued open bar to extend the celebration into the night! We will also have two home brewed kegs hand crafted by a Johnson family friend! Shuttle transportation will be available until the end of the after party back to the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Devon/Villanova. Shuttle Schedules back to both hotels leave the venue at: - 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 12:30am, and 1:45am
