Carroll Creek Park is a lovely spot for a walk. There are some wonderful shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops along the creek. We enjoy walking down here when we are in town!

Sarah is a huge fan of this indie bookstore! Great selection of new bestsellers, classics, local faves, cookbooks, and a big children's section.
Surelocked In Escape Games
Looking for an escape? Get locked in at Surelocked In. Each escape room is an exercise in teamwork and strategy. We have made it out of both - one literally in the nick of time. Perfect place for an afternoon game before the big event.
Isabella's Taverna & Tapas Bar
We love Isabella's! It's a fantastic tapas bar right on Market Street, with a wide selection of tapas and paella, an excellent wine list, and a fun atmosphere.
Lazy fish
Sarah has loved sushi for as long as she can remember, and she's thrilled to have found Lazy Fish. Located on the second floor next to Jojo's, Lazy Fish is a great place for a bite. Reservations are highly recommended as they are a small spot!
Brewer's Alley
A huge gastropub - a great place for football or afternoon drinks. Kids welcome! If its warm, they have a small patio.

Food here is always great. A small but vibrant spot!

Our area is full of independent breweries, Attaboy is just one option in Frederick. In fact, you can walk from our hotel to Attaboy, and then across Carroll Creek to Steinhardt Brewing.
