The Walled Garden is best accessed from Shady Avenue, near the intersection of Fifth Avenue. There are two entrances that take you to the same parking lot - Mellon Park Road and the entrance to the Pittsburgh Center for Fine Arts (the big yellow building). Parking is metered, but free after 6pm.
Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft can get here easily, and you can walk to the walled garden from anywhere in Mellon Park. If you are staying at the Hotel Indigo, it's a 5-10 minute walk.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
Whatever you want! We are having a picnic-style reception, complete with picnic blankets and pillows. Please wear anything that makes you feel comfortable! Pittsburgh weather is notoriously unpredictable, so layers are always a safe strategy. And YES, we will have tables and chairs available for those who prefer an off-the-ground picnic!
