The Hotel Paisano

The historic hotel in the heart of town offers 41 rooms and suites with access to the seasonally heated pool and fitness center. During the filming of "Giant," Eliabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson & James Dean all called the Hotel Paisano home. To book a room, call the hotel and provide our names. This is also where the wedding ceremony and reception will take place.

For a more elevated hotel experience, The Hotel Saint George is your best friend. All the comfort of modern amenities, and you can't beat the location. Hotel guests have complimentary access to the Bar Nadar Pool + Grill (those who don't stay at the hotel can pay a daily admission fee), along with Saint George Fitness, a full-service gym.
