The Marfa Lights
The Marfa Lights are mysterious glowing orbs that dance on the horizon. They have mystified people for generations. If you want to see the Marfa Lights, there is a viewing area southeast of town.
Prada Marfa
Prada Marfa is a permanent sculptural art installation located on US Route 90, about 30 minutes west of Marfa. The installation is a free-standing building that looks like an isolated Prada storefront. It’s the perfect venue to live out your influencer fantasy.

The Chinati Foundation
The Chinati Foundation is a contemporary art museum founded by Donald Judd. They specialize in large-scale installations spread over the 340 acres of land. Highly recommend going in early morning when it's not too hot.
McDonald Observatory
The McDonald Observatory is an astronomical facility located under some of the darkest skies in the United States. It's located outside the historic town of Fort Davis, which is about 20 minutes north of Marfa. This area has some great hiking and desert views.
