Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue! If you do not want to drive though, we will have a shuttle service.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service if you want a ride. Pick up/drop off location will be the Denver Marriott West hotel mentioned in our Travel section. Going to the wedding: Shuttles depart at 2:30 and 3:30 pm, with 28 spots available at each time. Return shuttle info: 8:30, 9:00 & 9:15 pm with 14 spots each time; 10:00 pm with 56 spots. The DJ will announce return shuttle times. If you RSVP'd for the shuttle: You have an assigned spot and will be notified of your departure time. You also have a spot for the return at 10pm or earlier. If you didn't RSVP & want to confirm a spot: Please RSVP by texting Cara O'Malley by 3pm on June 13, at 970-314-3125 with your name, number of passengers, preferred time, and if you'd like one-way (if so, which way) or round trip. As of June 9, fourteen spots are still available for both the trip up & return. We can't promise return spots without RSVPs.

Is it an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! However, please be mindful that the venue is at 7,550 feet so drink responsibly! Plan on a designated driver, carpooling, or using the shuttle.

Are the wedding and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will be at Boettcher Mansion. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the dinner and reception will be inside.

If you have a Plus-One, it will be show up as an option when you search your name to RSVP! We are also planning on having an adult-only celebration. Although we would love to invite everyone, our venue only allowed a certain number of people!
