Question

What is the best way to rsvp?

Answer

Please note: We will be sending invitations out in May! The best way to RSVP is to scan the QR code on the details page of your invitation. This link should take you directly to our homepage where you will click on the “RSVP” button and complete the form to reserve your seat(s). Should you have any issues with the QR code, you can text or call Vy or Johnny

Question

When are rsvps due?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 27, 2025. For planning purposes for the venue and caterer, we will assume that you will not be attending if your response is not received by the given date.

Answer

Unfortunately, plus-ones are limited for our event. The number of guests in your party will be listed on your invitation and RSVP form. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with your little ones, we are limiting children to family and wedding party only for our reception. You may bring your children to the nuptial mass.

Question

What is the dress code for the nuptial mass and reception?

Answer

Please wear your Sunday best or business casual attire for our nuptial mass held at our Vietnamese Catholic Church. We would love to see TNTT representation so please wear your uniform if you are a member! The dress code for the reception is black tie optional. The attire includes floor-length gowns, tuxedos or dark-colored suits. While we have no color scheme, please do not wear white or cream to our nuptial mass or reception.

Question

Who is invited to the tea ceremony/le vu quy?

Answer

The traditional Vietnamese ceremony will be privately held at the bride’s house. This event is reserved for family and wedding party only.

Question

What is the parking situation and arrival time?

Answer

Church: There is a private lot behind the church or street parking available. Please arrive 20-30 minute early to find seating and enjoy some music before the mass begins. The event will begin promptly at 1:00pm. Cocktail hour: Give yourself adequate time to find the garage or street parking as the venue is located in downtown Dayton. The cocktail hour will include a variety of fun surprises so you do not want to miss out! Reception: 5-10 minutes early to find your seats if you do not plan to attend cocktail hour. The reception will start promptly at 6:30pm.

What information do you have about lodging and transportation?

Answer

Please view our travel page on our website for more details regarding booking rooms and best airports.

Question

What type of food and drinks will be served?
